At J J Ceramics we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of new technology. At present we have a VHF 4-axis mill, a Sirona MCX5 for more intricate cases such as ALL-on-4 and larger implant cases; as well as an Asiga Max 3D printer for all our orthodontic and surgical appliances. The MCX5 can also mill wet resulting in our lab being able to offer the full range of wet-milled ceramic blocks on the market today. We are able to accept scans from most dental scanners and are available on SIRONA CONNECT for Cerec scans as well. We use mainly 3shape for designing and have a D850 scanner that is capable of impression scanning. Additionally, we have an Argen rich sintering furnace for sinter metal.
